Email OTP Verification
- Open website https://manage.cryptoplanet.in and click on ‘Reset PIN (Email)
- Your Certificate Credential like Token Serial Number, Name , Organization Name & EMail Address is seen on this Page. Kindly Ensure your Email ID on which OTP will be sent is accessible. In case your Email ID is not accessible , please use Mobile OTP verification Process. Click on ‘Send Email OTP’
- Check your Email for OTP received from ‘ProxKey TMS’. Check Junk / Spam folder if OTP not found in Inbox
- Enter the OTP received on Email & click ‘Verify OTP’
- On Successful OTP Validation, You will be directed to Reset Pin Page. Enter the desired NEW USER PIN for the Token and Click on ‘SET PIN’
- Check ‘User PIN Reset Successfully’ Message
Mobile SMS OTP Verification
- Open website https://manage.cryptoplanet.in and click on ‘Reset PIN (Mobile)
- Enter the 10 digit mobile number provided during the certificate registration. Mobile number should be the same. In case you dont remember the mobile number, you need to proceed with ‘Email Verification‘.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number
- On Successful OTP Validation, You will be directed to Reset Pin Page. Enter the desired NEW USER PIN for the Token and Click on ‘SET PIN’
- Check ‘User PIN Reset Successfully’ Message
