Solution 1

Install latest version of Java on your computer. Click here to install Java

Ensure that you have installed ‘EM Signer’ on your computer. Refer article ‘GST System Settings‘

Even after ‘EM Signer Installation same error appears’ then right click on ‘EM Signer’ Icon on desktop and run as administrator

For Windows 10 users, if this error appears even after implementing previous 2 steps, use ‘Microsoft Edge’ browser for filing
